 You must provide us with genealogical documentation that verifies you are an First Nation "Indian". ( oral transmission, photos or descriptions is not enough ! ) birth records - census reports - genealogy records, etc. are required.

 You must forward your application form plus three passport-sized photos
You must supply a postal money order for $25.00 ( U.S.) to cover registration costs:
You must supply pedigree charts plus  supporting sources of information with application.
You must submit copies of you and your parents' birth certificates, along with death certificates of grandparents. ( or a membership card number from a First Nation Community )
 ( all children under 16 are registered without costs - Membership cards are not issued to persons under 16 years of age  )
All citizens will receive one  I.D. card from The Canadian Off-Reserve Indian Nations, Inc. and will be entered into the national registry and assigned a lifetime registration number. ..
All Membership cards must be renewed annually !
